CONDITIONS OF USE

These Conditions of Use are accepted by every user when creating an account on vidmo.app. They complement our Terms of Service and Refund Policy and are binding on you from the moment you click "Create account".

By signing up, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and these Conditions of Use.
2. You are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. You acknowledge that paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
4. You acknowledge that once a video is generated (any AI generation, voiceover render, or export) the current billing period is consumed and is non-refundable.
5. You will not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful to minors, defamatory, harassing, or designed to deceive (e.g., non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive political media, malware delivery).
6. You take responsibility for any third-party assets you upload and confirm you have the rights to use them.
7. You agree that Enprico LLC may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these conditions, with or without notice.
8. You consent to receive transactional emails about your account (e.g., receipts, security alerts, important service notices).

Data & privacy in plain English

• We store your email, hashed password, profile, projects, uploaded assets, and Stripe customer ID.
• We send the minimum information needed to Stripe (for billing), Anthropic / ElevenLabs (for generations), and Supabase (for storage).
• We do not sell your personal data.
• You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu; data is purged within 30 days, subject to lawful retention requirements.

If you don't agree

Don't create an account. You can still explore the free editor without signing up for paid features. If you no longer agree after signing up, cancel your subscription and delete your account.
