REFUND POLICY

1. When you ARE eligible for a refund

• You purchased a paid plan within the last 7 days; and
• You have not used any AI features on the account since the start of the current billing period (no AI script generation, no AI voiceover render). Exporting your project to MP4, WebM, GIF, or any other format is fine and does not disqualify you.

2. When you are NOT eligible

• You have used at least one AI feature (script generation or AI voiceover) during the current billing period. The period is considered consumed.
• More than 7 days have passed since the original charge.
• The account was suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
• Annual plans (if offered) after the first 7 days from purchase.
• One-time credit top-ups, after any credit has been consumed.

3. Why this policy exists

Each AI generation costs us money the moment it runs — language-model tokens (Anthropic/Claude) and neural voiceover (ElevenLabs). These costs are billed to Enprico LLC immediately and cannot be reversed. Local editing and export, on the other hand, run on your machine and cost us nothing — so they don't affect your refund eligibility.

4. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. You retain access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account.

5. How to request a refund

Fill in the form below from the email address tied to your account. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Please contact us through this form before initiating a chargeback — fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and a ban from future Enprico services.
